How far in advance can I book a transfer?
You can book as soon as your travel dates are confirmed. For the widest choice of vehicles, we recommend booking at least a few days ahead, though last-minute bookings are also accepted where availability allows.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup using the cancellation link in your confirmation email. For changes to your pickup time or location, please contact us directly.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
